What the Pros Are Saying
"Diminish is my new favourite vanishing deck. The cards just seem to... melt away... in full view, until just the selection remains! It's fooling, magical AND 100% practical. A smash hit."
- Mark Elsdon
"I saw Damian perform this in the Magic Circle Close Up Magician of the Year competition and it was the best effect of the night, no question! Incredible."
- David Penn
"Damian has taken a fabulous illusion to new heights. Visual magic at its best. I am excited to share this with my audiences. In a word... SURReal!"
- Nick Einhorn
"The effect is beautifully direct and the reactions are outstanding. Diminish is one of those effects that looks impossible, feels organic in performance, and delivers a moment people remember. Highly recommended."
- Gary Jones
"The most practical slow motion deck vanish I have ever seen."
- Craig Petty
"Wonderfully constructed... both the routine and the gimmick."
- Jon Allen
Your audience sees the deck begin to shrink.
Slowly.
Visibly.
Impossibly.
A card is freely chosen, signed if you wish, and returned to the deck. Then, in full view and with nothing to hide, the cards slowly disappear.
First, the cards of the not-selected colour vanish.
Then those of the not-selected suit.
Then all remaining cards vanish until only the selection remains and can be immediately handed out.
An ultra-clean multi-phase visual deck vanish with a logical structure that audiences instantly understand, and performers can quickly master.
Unlike traditional vanishing deck effects that happen in an instant, DIMINISH allows your spectators to watch the impossible unfold before their eyes. The deck visibly reduces in size three times, creating a sequence of escalating moments that build suspense and astonishment before the final revelation.
The structure is logical, natural, and easy to follow. Every phase feels motivated. Every moment strengthens the illusion.
Best of all, DIMINISH is designed for real-world performance.
Use any deck (even borrowed).
Free selections.
Use signed cards if you wish.

Instant reset.
No threads.
No elastic.
No springs.
Easy to perform.
