A hit from the Blackpool Magic Convention 2026
Fast and Loose is one of the oldest con games in existence — a timeless classic that has entertained (and fooled!) audiences for generations.
Traditionally, the effect is performed with a chain on a table, and for years the routine remained virtually unchanged… until now.
Danny Urbanus's fresh, modern approach takes this legendary trick off the table and puts it right in your hands. Using something as simple as a rubber band, the routine becomes more portable, visual, and practical than ever before. Perfect for close-ups, walkarounds, and impromptu performances.
This clever reinterpretation retains all the intrigue and psychology of the original, but dispenses with the cumbersome props and complicated actions. What remains is a powerful, deceptive routine that you can always carry with you.
