*X* features over a dozen powerful yet incredibly simple effects by Kenton Knepper, including routines performed on professional stages. Kenton’s signature linguistic techniques, multiple-reality tricks, and mastery of "something special" create a sensational impact on audiences.
Here is a glimpse of the effects included in *X*:
Hand a spectator "X-ray glasses" and make it appear as though they can see right through pockets or card boxes! The glasses can be freely examined; there is no need to ditch, palm, or secretly switch them. A spectator uses their intuition to pick the only unmarked coin from a group of coins donated and initialed by other audience members; the coins are returned to their owners, and no coin switch is required. Select the one safe bottle out of three (the other two are "poisoned"). The spectator easily chooses the correct "safe" bottle, while the two "poisoned" ones are revealed to have large "X" marks drawn on them (no nail writer required).
*X* also includes Docc Hilford’s brilliant "Traveler" effect:
A spectator travels through time and, upon returning, selects three postcards in a specific order. Each postcard predicts the exact order in which the spectator chose them!
